Manx Notes: Folkways & Language (ISSN 1351–2293) first appeared in 1993 but after 15 isssues went into abeyance. It was restarted in 2004. Manx Notes appears on no particular timescale and is distributed only as a pdf file. However, it is intended to collect the material here into book form at some stage. Numbers 1–15 are in a different format from that of issue 16 onwards. It is planned that these early issues will appear in the new format and be updated where needed.
