Sabhal Mòr Ostaig is a company limited by guarantee and a charity. The Board of Directors has overall responsibility for the strategic direction and governance of Sabhal Mòr Ostaig. At an operational level, the Board delegates many of its functions to the Senior Management Team, Academic Board and committees.
