Bio

Janni has responsibility for implementing the College'€™s Language Policy and Plan and encouraging people to speak Gaelic all the time. She develops learning opportunities for staff, creates opportunities to use Gaelic, and works on policy level changes to facilitate a Gaelic speaking environment.

Janni organises Gaelic events where students are encouraged speak Gaelic socially. She also works with new staff and students to clarify the philosophy behind the College's language policy as a basis for supporting an environment at the College in which everyone is comfortable and confident to speak Gaelic.
