Weekend Short Courses 2019

This year the Short Courses team are very excited to announce that we are now offering three weekend courses in our 2019 program. Our first course which will be a Fiddle and Step Dance weekend will run in March, our second course is Gaelic in the Outdoors at the start of May and our third is a Summer Weekend - held at the end of May/ beginning of June.

With our experienced tutors you will get the opportunity to gain, improve and perfect your own knowledge and skills while being at the heart of a friendly community.

Offering a range of traditional music, language, singing and dancing classes there really isn’t a place quite like it! So come along and join us for a weekend for a bit of craic and a cèilidh! – it’s sure to be a weekend to remember!

If you are interested in any of our courses, we highly recommend that you book your place as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.   Courses will close for booking once they become full, although we are always happy to add your name to a waiting list but there is no guarantee that you will receive a place on the course.

If you have any other questions, please do not hesitate to contact a member of the Team on +44 (0)1471 888 240/246 or by email

We work closely with local voluntary run arts agency SEALL who bring some of the best acts in traditional music to the College. For information on the SEALL events that will be running over the year, please visit their calendar of events here.
