Planning procedures

Internal procedures for planning and resource allocation

Planning procedures are carried out in accordance with Funding Council deadlines and Trustee meetings.

Resource Allocation - Heads of Services should create a paper for the Buidheann Stiùiridh [Senior Management Team]. If approved the paper will then be brought to the Finance and General Purposes Committee and the Board of Trustees respectively.
