Alumni

Students of Sabhal Mòr Ostaig are scattered all over the world.

As the work of the College continues to grow and the way in which we learn continues to change, we would like to keep in touch with our students and make it easy for you to keep in touch with one another.  So whether you attended a short course in the summer of '74 or spent long hours in the library working towards your degree we would love to hear from you.

The College currently has pages on Facebook and Twitter and will use these to keep in touch.  If you would like to be kept updated and added to our alumni mailing list please complete the online form or add SMO as a friend.

The College will be celebrating its 40th anniversary in 2013 and there be be lots of opportunities for alumni to get involved.

Data Protection

All alumni data is securely held in the Marketing Department at Sabhal Mòr Ostaig. It is treated confidentially and with sensitivity for the benefit of the College and its alumni. Data is available for our marketing departments and groups associated with the College, and to companies contracted by the University for particular alumni-related projects. Data is used for a range of alumni activities including the sending of publications and for notifying alumni of events and programmes. Data may also be used in fundraising programmes which might include an element of direct marketing. Under the terms of the 1998 Data Protection Act you have the right to object to the use of your data for any of the above purposes.
