The Scottish Poetry Library

The Association of Scottish Literary Studies - aims to promote the study, teaching and writing of Scottish literature, and to further the study of the languages of Scotland. There are links to a list of the association's publications and conferences, and various links to resources for students in colleges and schools. 

The Book of Deer The site covers two separate but complimentary elements inspired by The Book of Deer.  The first being The Book of Deer Manuscript which is made up of the 84 folios (pages) with illuminations and the developing academic archive.

The second is The Book of Deer Project. This is a community based initiative and the catalyst for renewed academic interest, research and community development in the North East of Scotland.

Scottish Corpus of Texts and Speech (SCOTS) The SCOTS project aims to create a collection of texts in electronic form which relate to language usage in Scotland (English and Scots initially, Gaelic and other community languages later).

CELT Corpus of Electronic Texts - The online resource for Irish history, literature and politics. It has a searchable online database consisting of contemporary and historical texts from many areas, including literature and the other arts.

Electronic Text Collections in Western European Literature '€“ these pages list internet sources for literary texts in the western European languages other than English.

The Online Medieval and Classical Library (Sagas)

EGIL: electronic gateway for Icelandic literature
The project aims to enhance support for research in Icelandic, Old Norse and Viking studies by using collaborative management techniques to develop the collections in a national context and to provide access to them through a subject gateway.
