The BBC’s webcam went kaput on in June 2008 after ten years of good service. We gave it a new power supply and a home indoors in the shelter of the college library, but it ceased working completely on about 9 September 2009. What we currently have in its place is just a small camera designed for a PC, with only a tiny picture, but we hope to get a new outdoor camera soon.
