Beginners’ Gaelic for Parents

Are you interested in Gaelic medium education for your children? Would you like to use Gaelic within your home? This course will provide you with basic grammatical structures, vocabulary, phrases and songs which you can use to build a Gaelic environment for your family.

This online evening conversation class will be taught from 20:00 to 21:30 on Wednesday evenings (eight weeks).

About the tutor, Lisa MacDonald

Lisa MacDonald is a mum of two, a primary school teacher, a Gaelic parent and toddler group worker and a lecturer at Sabhal Mòr Ostaig. She teaches on An Cùrsa Inntrigidh and other language courses, and she takes a deep interest in the ways in which very young children learn languages.
