Corona Virus COVID-19
Information for Students, Employees and Visitors
CORONAVIRUS – UPDATE
The College, in agreement with the wider UHI network, has now ceased all face-to-face teaching from 1pm today (17th March). This means no face-to-face teaching will take place at the College whatsoever, although the College will remain open to critical staff.
We have also taken the decision to cancel the Easter Short Courses as we feel this is the most sensible way to protect our students, staff, visitors and the wider community.
We have also cancelled the events that were to take place this weekend – our Applicant’s Day and the SMO Gala Day.
There is also a ban, with immediate effect, on all non-esssential UK travel and any international travel, for work and course purposes.

The wellbeing of staff, students and visitors is our priority.
Health Protection Scotland are taking the lead in responding to this situation and we will take direction from them.
All relevant public health information, including regular updates, is posted on the NHS inform website.
