Your form has been submitted. We will aim to advise all applicants as to whether they have been successful in gaining a place as early as possible, by the beginning of May. 

You should be aware that, in prior years, demand for places on our event has been significantly in excess of capacity. Places cannot be allocated on a “first come, first served” basis as there are many variable factors which need to be taken into account in determining which families are allocated a place. These include: age of children, language levels of adults, accommodation requirements etc.

If you are successful, you will be contacted by the college with further details regarding the event, including arrangements for payment of fees and (if appropriate) accommodation costs. 

If you are unsuccessful, we can put your name on a waiting list and advise you should a place subsequently become available.
