Profile

Gill was appointed to the role of Head of HR at Sabhal Mòr Ostaig in May 2022.  Gill has responsibility for all people related matters, including policy development, pay and reward, employee relations, training and development and recruitment.  Prior to joining Sabhal Mòr Ostaig, Gill’s most recent roles include heading up the team of HR Business Partners at West Midlands Police and Senior HR Business Partner for Staffordshire County Council.   Gill is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and received a Masters Degree in HR Management back in 2007.
