Lynsey is a lecturer in the Teacher Education team at Sabhal Mòr Ostaig. She first joined the College in 1999 as a student on the HNC Business Administration course. She went on to complete a degree in Gaelic and North Atlantic Studies, and was one of the first students to graduate with honours in 2003. She completed a PGCE in Primary Education from the University of Aberdeen. Since then, Lynsey has worked in Gaelic-medium Education, most of her time teaching at Portree Gaelic Primary School.

Lynsey has also been involved in other education-related initiatives and projects – such as Education Scotland’s Curriculum Development Circle for Literacy and Gaelic and more recently the Centre of Excellence in Teaching as a seconded teacher.
