CHILD-CARE AT SABHAL MÒR OSTAIG

Sleat’s child-care centre, Fàs Mòr, is located at Sleat Primary School, a five minute walk from Sabhal Mòr Ostaig.

It’s a wonderful, comfortable facility where children are looked after in a safe and lively environment  and if you’re a parent, you can happily use this service while you’re in the classroom.

Fàs Mòr, a partnership between Sabhal Mòr Ostaig and the local community, is a Gaelic-medium environment: all-day care is available to children up to three years; those who are three or four years old can attend Fàs Mòr before and after nursery; children up to the age of 12 are offered after-school and holiday club care.

If you need help with childcare fees, assistance may be available from family tax credits, from Discretionary Funds or from the College’s scholarship committee.
