How to Apply – Short Courses

You may only attend one course during each specific week.

Each course delegate must complete an application in their own name using their own email address.  It is not possible to book two or more people using the same booking form as the system interprets this as a duplicate and will reject it.

To book a course (with or without accommodation), follow the links for the course you would like to attend. Those enrolled in full-time education, or on our Distance Learning courses “An Cùrsa Inntrigidh / An Cùrsa Adhartais” are entitled to book at Student Rate for both course and accommodation, otherwise, Standard Rate applies.  Please select the appropriate ticket.  If a third party will be paying us directly for your course, e.g. your employer, or you are in receipt of a bursary, choose the “Funded” option.  You will then receive an invoice which you may pass on to them for payment on your behalf.

Once you have completed the form, add it to the basket.  You will then be presented with a link to book accommodation.

ACCOMMODATION

Accommodation is only available to enrolled students and their room-share and should be booked at the time of booking the course. Select the room you require (Single/twin/accessible – please note twin rooms are not bookable for single occupancy).  Select the “Sun-Thu” night option and choose your ticket type (standard/student/funded) and select your arrival date.  Once you have added this to the basket you may return to accommodation options to add Friday and Saturday nights as appropriate.

If you are travelling with a companion who is sharing your room but not attending a course, you may include your companion’s details in the twin-room section of your own application without the need for them to make their own booking. However, if your companion also intends to attend a course, they must complete a course application form in their own name.

CONFIRMATION

Once you have completed the form click on the basket and proceed to checkout – you must complete this process even if you are using the funded option and the amount payable is zero.  After your application has been submitted you will receive a confirmation email within a few minutes, containing a verification link. If you do not receive the email, please check your junk mail or spam folder to ensure that it has not been moved there by your anti-spam software and add us to your “safe senders” list as required. If you still have not received the email please contact us.  If the course booking is not verified by clicking on the verification link in the email it will be automatically cancelled.

Joining instructions will be issued by email during the week leading up to your course.
