PhD FUNDING OPPORTUNITY

Applications for AHRC funded doctoral studentships in Gaelic and Celtic Studies at the University of the Highlands and Islands are now open.

Sabhal Mòr Ostaig, the National Centre for Gaelic Language and Culture, would welcome applications from suitably qualified candidates, particularly in the areas of Gaelic literature (medieval to modern), folklore, onomastics and sociolinguistics, history and material culture of the Highlands, and traditional music.
