Tha Sgeul ri Innse : There’s a Story for the Telling
Every object has a story to tell….
Join us on 09 May, from 2pm – 4pm, at Sabhal Mòr Ostaig, as we explore the history behind National Museum of Scotland objects with a connection to Gaelic. During this event, pictures of objects from the National collection will be on display in An Talla Mòr and staff from both Sabhal Mòr Ostaig and the National Museum of Scotland will discuss the objects, looking at the stories and memories they might evoke.
This event is open to the community and everyone is invited to attend and share what they know. The event is free, but we ask that you register in advance below:

This project is a collaboration between National Museums Scotland and Sabhal Mòr Ostaig, the National Centre for Gaelic Language and Culture, and the aim of this project is to connect objects and people with their local stories, people, and contexts.
